Normally, perfumes are allowed on both carry-on and checked baggage, but the liquid amount should be less than 500ml per bottle. Also, ensure that the total liquid amount does not exceed 2 liters per passenger.
International flights:
The TSA regulations for bringing liquid items, particularly perfumes, are stricter for international flights. Whether you pack your favorite perfume bottle in your carry-on or checked baggage, be aware that the overall quantity brought with you is limited to 1 liter per passenger, and each perfume bottle must not exceed 100ml.
Tips for Safely Packing Perfume for Air Travel

- Consider transferring perfume into the smaller bottle.
- Pack your perfume in your carry-on baggage. Why are airport baggage handlers so rough with bags? Therefore, storing your perfume in carry-on instead of checked luggage will minimize the chances of it getting broken from bumping around during the flight’s luggage loading procedures.
