Để đảm bảo trải nghiệm dịch vụ của mỗi khách hàng được thoải mái và trọn vẹn nhất, hiện tại chính sách của NOTE là mỗi khách một vé bạn nhé!
Nước hoa tự làm có lưu hương lâu không?
Nguyên liệu tại NOTE đều được nhập khẩu từ Pháp, và có nồng độ tinh dầu Eau de Perfume (15% – 20%), vì thế thành phẩm có thể lưu hương lên đến 8 tiếng cho mỗi lần xịt.
Trẻ em có tham gia Workshop được không? Từ bao nhiêu tuổi thì được?
Trẻ em từ 08 tuổi trở lên có thể tham gia Workshop Nước hoa tại NOTE. Tuy nhiên, các bé từ 08 đến 10 tuổi nên có ba mẹ hoặc người thân đi cùng.
Có được huỷ lịch workshop hay không?
Hiện tại, NOTE chỉ có chính sách hỗ trợ dời lịch cho khách hàng và không có chính sách hủy lịch và hoàn tiền.
Mỗi buổi Workshop thường kéo dài bao nhiêu tiếng?
Mỗi buổi Workshop nước hoa tại NOTE sẽ kéo dài khoảng 2 tiếng, vừa đủ để truyền tải các kiến thức về nghệ thuật mùi hương và hướng dẫn khách hàng các bước điều chế ra thành phẩm.

各顧客に最も快適で完全なサービス体験を保証するため、NOTE の現在のポリシーは、顧客ごとに 1 枚のチケットが必要です。
手作り香水は長持ちしますか？
NOTE の原料はすべてフランスから輸入されており、オードパフューム エッセンシャル オイルの濃度 (15% ～ 20%) が含まれているため、完成品はスプレーごとに最大 8 時間持続します。
子供でもワークショップに参加できますか？何歳から大丈夫ですか？
8 歳以上のお子様は、NOTE の 香水作り体験（Perfume ワークショップ）に参加できます。ただし、8歳から10歳までのお子様には、保護者または親戚の同伴が必要です。
ワークショップのスケジュールをキャンセルできますか?
現在、NOTE には顧客向けのスケジュール変更のみです。キャンセルや返金ポリシーはありません。
なお、変更の受付は二日前までとさせていただきます。
各ワークショップは通常何時間くらい続きますか?
NOTE の各香水ワークショップの所要時間は香りついての知識を伝え、完成品を準備する手順を顧客に案内するのに約 2 時間が必要です。
